Another thing I just thought of, did you get the pack on the Resistance page or was it in the gift store?

If in the gift store you are emailed a code, on the forums if you look at the top near the center of the screen there is a redeem button, click it and type/paste the code in thee blx below the line "Enter your code below" then click the redeem button at the end of the line.
after redeeming something it should show up in your account within 10 minutes.
