Fyi guys MW4 Mercs is now a game you can download, patch up, and play off a site now, all legally. It was an abandoned game. You don't need a disc or a cd key. Assuming you don't "pirate" it(Put in quotes because this isn't an illegal piracy), there is a downloader at MekTek that P2P shares the game.

Yup this is the process I went through to play and patch my game just a short while ago. :3

I have both the original and the free download. The free version is so much more fun.
