Sorry, but going up against a full 12-man team is always going to be a possibility in CW.
If this isn't what you're looking for, perhaps the normal Group-Q is more for you.

So you're finding that the normal Group-Queue has more full 12-man teams since CW was injected?
Sorry, I just find that strange. Take any screen-caps of the Match Screens showing Unit Tags?

Yea, same here. Especially since Russ stated the group queue is nearly a ghost town.

That's a problem many of us have been pointing out for a long time now. As a small group it can be punishing to be in the group queue. Lately though, with CW beta, it's been better because the majority of large 12+ man groups are in CW and not gang-banging the public queue.
The only salvation I can see is IF and WHEN they release the game on STEAM that the numbers jump up so dramatically that they can make a new queue for small groups of 2-4.

TBH, the group queue has lowered in quality, so technically it's easier to do better as a 2-man as long as you're willing to cooperate with everyone else.
The Group queue is not the "deep end" it used to be. That is the point of CW.

Cant see why any big groups would want to be there other than trolling outside those times.

Most of the "big" groups are playing CW

Yea... if anyone is fearing the group queue now... I'm going to call BS on that.
I honestly wonder why people fear working together and only insist about worrying/complaining about how big the opfor's premade size happens to be.
I guess working together might make someone's e-peen shrink.
Note: If what I'm saying sounds suggestive, it just happens to work out that way.

Seriously, I didn't know this. As I've only linked up with the Law to drop and we have been fighting in CW...
