You might want to look in the "Merc Corp Recruiting" forum, mate, think that is the place to go for this.

Yes, you might want to go there.
However, from previous experience, we know that not everyone who comes to play in MWO will be totally hardcore, and there will be those who will begin as hardcore and will scale back their interest based on a lack of time, having other hobbies, having a job that takes too much time, wanting to spend more time with family and friends or, God forbid, a lack of satisfaction in the game itself. Therefore, AU will be making two Battalions, which will fill up as time goes on. Second Battalion, Charlie Company, will host the more self-proclaimed super-casual MechWarrior gamers; to be clear, however, all MechWarriors in AU will have the opportunity to move up or down in activity level within the ranks based on performance and presence.
We are going to attempt to use the most dynamic command structure possible, where MechWarriors will come to game without needing to worry about having any responsibilities, unless they want to take on a responsibility, they can just come and play. However, I'm designing a plan where we will be able to go to a more organized form of command structure.
