Don't get us wrong. The fact that you delivered a playable iteration of CW before Christmas was a huge surprise and redeemed yourselves in the eyes of many critics. The most of my men understand that it's not top notch priority at the moment. Get to it after fixing the most pressing matters first. Just don't postpone it until forever. ;)

I voted no only because I think we need 4 attack cycles rather than 2. We need planets to change hands more frequently so players from every time zone can have a significant impact.

I voted no as well, I believe we need 3 to 4 attack cycles to allow as many players as possible to participate.

I like the idea for an ongoing percentage. I think the planets should only change once a day though. Any more than that and it will be difficult to keep track of who owns what on a day to day basis. Another idea is to have multiple attack cycles but nothing changes until the last one ends and you just add the attacker wins at the end of each time period. So if there were 3 time periods then that would be 33 possible wins or territories or whatever those tick marks stand for. So if at the end of all three periods the attackers have more than 16 wins then they will take the planet. This might work just because it is basically what is there now but with 3 sets of it to determine the outcome of the planet. Just an idea. Also if at the end of one of the phases the attackers have no wins then they will need a lot more in the next two zones. Also it rewards defenders for making sure the keep the count low all day and rewards attackers for keeping it higher all day.
