Do stats from Inasions count into achievements? (Assists etc) ? Seems likethey don´t. If no, why?

no, I got a headshot and it never counted, I don't get many, so went in to check when it happened.

Short answer is no.
Long answer is that it would be far easier to get the "Death Star" achievement (12 kills in a match).

There are separate achievements for CW, the Faction Level achievements are the only ones active now. The rest don't count in CW.

It'd be pretty lame if it counted. Needs its own achievements.

they really should. I wonder if those stats go into the overall K/D ratio either.

No CW stats aren't implemented and from what I have heard Russ intends for them to be listed separately at some point.
