when I try and launch the 64 bit client i get an error

"The program can't start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I've run the repair tool to no success.

Environment is Windows 7 64 bit.

Reinstalling DX fixed the issue

I searched me c: have this file in my PC, in system32 and syswow64

Also there is one in my steam\bin folder

if you want, PM me and I'll email it to you, along with the directory you should put it in

Had the same error on mine - and reinstalling directx did fix it - but now I've a different directx error - and reinstalling the game itself, and then directx again hasn't fixed it.

5 or 6 hours later - it is easier to just stay with 32 bit for now....

(sigh)
