As you can see in the CPU-z pic on the memory tab it says -

Now that says the ram is running at 800Mhz yet the ram I have is this -
Gskill DDR3 2gb pc10666 1333 nq series
http://shoppingshopp...p-14997-62.aspx
and the mother board is this -

EVGA NF790i SLI ultra DDR3 LGA775
http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813188025
The system is overclocked to 3.6Ghz from when I bought it and my motherboard has a max ram amount of 8gig
But I don't know what ram to buy (do I just add another 2 sticks of 2gig or buy 2 sticks of 4gig) plus will it affect the overclock?

The reason your RAM is running at 800mhz is because your running a 400 fsb(400fsb * 9multi = 3600mhz CPU speed) and the RAM/CPU ratio is aparently set at 2:1. If you were to increase the OC on the CPU by increasing your FSB, your RAM would run at faster speeds. Your RAM is rated for up to DDR3 1333mhz speeds, but it doesn't have to run those speeds to work.
If you would like to up your RAM to 8 gigs, I highly suggested buying a second set of the exact same RAM you already have.
