I bought the Wrath Pack a few days ago. Where are the mechs I bought? I don't see them in my garage. Am I looking in the wrong place?

I sent a support ticket 2 days ago and haven't heard back from them except for the auto response saying they have a "higher than usual amount of tickets."

Help?

It is a Pre-order pack. None of those mechs currently exist in game yet.

PGI... you need to plaster the words PRE-ORDER all over the order page. This is the second poor soul that's been misled just this week.

The Clan packs are currently in the game, but had been available long before they were put in.

The Resistance pack, which admittedly says "Pre-Order" on the homepage but not on its actual pages, is to be made available in Feb to March. Then available for cbills 2 weeks to a month after each release date (without the bonuses).

I'm personally looking forward to the Enforcer.... and then a Behemoth 100 ton tank.

I wanna recreate this.

(Behemoth tank with Commando support against an Atlas... against a third team of Comstar Enforcers. Atlas kills Commando. Tank kills Atlas. Tank kills 4 out of 5 Enforcers. Tank is killed by 1 Enforcer standing behind it after the turret gets jammed. [Bad enough the first set of quad LBX from the Atlas fried the tracks]).

I don't understand pre-ordering a digital item. Nor do I understand release dates for mechs for a pack that are spread apart. What gives with that?

Yes, it's a pre-order, the release dates are as follows (from the FAQ):
The Panther will be delivered starting February 15, 2015
The Enforcer will be delivered starting February 15, 2015
The Grasshopper will be delivered starting March 17, 2015
The Zeus will be delivered starting March 17, 2015

Pre-ordering gives rewards based on how early you place your order. Ordering early in November for the Resistance Pack would result in 54 days of banked Premium time, three cockpit items - Hanging, Standing, and mounted, and a Mech bay. These bonuses amount to about 8,800 MC - greater than $30 worth of in game currency.

If you don't care for the bonus rewards, there isn't any reason to pre-order. Wait until they are released and people have a chance to use them and form some opinions, then decide. You still get the package rewards like the Faction items, just not the pre-order rewards. Or wait until they are all available for C-bills. All up to you.

The reason for the delay and the later/staggered release dates is that they are not completed yet. They still have to be modeled and tested in game.

In this case the items are not done yet but are in the pipeline for the devs to finish off. Sometimes they get done early but they'll give you the safest date when these mechs can be released. When the new pre-order mechs are announced all we usually have to go on is the concept art as the product is not yet finished.

I bought this too 6 Days ago. It still dosen't show in mine tho.
Might be because of paypal I dont know.
