It also automatically activates. Only premium time from packages like the clan wave II or resistence packs are still getting banked.

You go to the website. Click on "profile" at the top. then in the little black bar you click "redeem" then type holiday2014

I'm guessing it hasn't been turned on yet, or maybe you were just bad this year
