The 30t Urbie could work if quirked for extra side/leg armor, and infinite acceleration/deceleration, making it a somewhat slow but really responsive little bugger...

Uber Urbie rides again! hadn't seen it since MW4 had fun jumpng off of high rise buildings, and DFA mechs, 30tons stomping right on top of a mech if it didn't kill it, the mech at least fell down to the ground. then plants a Ac20 right in the cockpit ftw!
