There is no "best 4" mechs to bring. It is entirely dependent on what YOU are good at piloting.

Right up to the point when someone remembers that with 1 good alpha the wolverine loses 99.9% of its firepower. Gotta point that arm at someone to wub them with it... ive made Wubverines eject in CW several times while the mech was at like 85%, because i blew its arm off.

Thuds are awesome, their hitboxes are only bad if you run an XL. Sure, they are wide.. but do you really have problems hitting other heavy mechs? i dont... Torso twist is a bit poor, but totally fine once masterered.. and dem quirks... every other mech with crazy quirks like that has Wolverine/Dragon syndrome and stores 100% of its firepower in one arm. one huge arm.

I dunno, and I wasn't a fan of the Urbanmech... but it's grown on me. Is it going to be an actual thing ingame at some point? Has their been any clarification?

I usually open with an ALRM50 BLR-1S. It's good for opening volleys on the (counter) attack or on the defense. I then follow it up with a SHD-GD, a CN9-AL or AH, and finish with the CN9-YLW.

Gonna stop you and say NO.. The Thunderbolts have some pump to them now and are worth a slot. More then one very dependent on play style.... but as for your Wolverine... with the low (near 300) armor and the fact you have an XL on it makes it an easy kill.
