In the books there are pirates ARRR! is there any plans to have a pirate faction ARRR! ?

Also my bj 3 has a ppc perk "tweek" is that just on ppc or erppc's ?

If it says PPC, it's for regular PPC. If it says ERPPC, it's for ERPPCs.
