I rather have the increased speed w/ghost heat than nothing at all.

Please add AC2 Cooldown Weapon Module and then fix ghost heat.

I was thinking this for machine guns as well.

would also like to see them bring IS ballistics back to what they once were before nerf/clan invasion

Honestly if a weapon can fire faster that the ghost heat number you should not get ghost heat on th e one weapon.

Get rid of staggerfire ghost heat first.
