I ordered the Wrath pack and it shows on the resistance page that I own it but when I go to my account preorders it shows the clan wave 1 & 2 preorders that I have but not the wrath pack. Do I have it or not?

Nobody's shows it on the Pre-Order page. It likely won't show up until the Wave II is completely released.
As long as the actual page says you own it, you're good.
