Ok, since I can't seem to get a response from PGI on adding (real) voice to the game, here are some other ideas to improve coordination of pugs against pre-mades, especially but not exclusively in CW:
1. Give points for objectives, C-Bills, XP, both, SOMETHING for shooting objectives. Generators, turrets, gate power grids give nothing (or for turrets almost nothing) in terms of XP or C-Bills and that is all pugs are chasing. Why is this? It must be deliberate because it can't be hard to code...
2. Give points for following orders. Pugs should get bonuses for giving or taking damage within a radius of commander defend or attack orders. Again, this is not hard to code. If you damage a mech or take damage within some radius (like 200 meters or whatever) of a defend or attack order, get a XP or C-Bill or both bonus.
3. Create a real economy. Repairs, ammo, salvage. This would stop LRM spam and people throwing themselves at each other in brawls because they would have to balance paying to replace weapons and armor and ammo. Of course, this option is the hardest to code, but I think if we don't do this, the nerf bat will be the only way to balance the game. Now stuff doesn't really cost anything so we can't use economics to balance stuff (ie: clann er-PPC is OP, but expensive so it's balanced, no need to nerf it).
Of course, adding real coordinated voice for a team radio channel would be the best way to coordinate pugs, but PGI is completely silent on that subject, so I can only assume they disagree with the whole idea of voice chat and think we can all type while piloting.

PGI is already looking at the problem. We will get VOIP and command wheel to facilitate communication.

Also it should be, that only pugs fight vs pugs, and player clans vs player clans
also it should be, that there is a company of FIS mechs, vs a binary star of clan mechs (aka 12 vs 10 mechs)
that way it shuold be balanced enough

You had me at lore reasons, but completely lost me when you said "balanced"
War isn't balanced or fair. Next you'll be saying that players should have their faction reassigned so that way each house has an equal player base.
Stop with making things "equal" or "fair" and the only things that need balancing are weapons and variants.

1 and 2 agreed here. I've seen way too many pugs ignore the gens to kill others, which is simply put not the point of the game mode.
VOIP and command wheel is needed. But a temporary quick pug fix is good for the time being since a proper VOIP and command wheel will take time. (I suggested a button to push for help).
#3 I think against it but in all honesty they should implement an economy in terms of factories and conquering different planets for bonuses. Salvage is good, but R&R again might cause bad things to happen (like before in CB when everyone hated it.)

Give company/Lance commanders better/easier ways to give simple commands. Allow them to place move/attack/defend points by hovering their reticule over a location, and give the command by pushing a button. Also allow commanders to have an "attack my target " command that places a highlighted square around the commanders current target that the Lance/team can see (only if the unit can be targeted), and assign extra points to players that follow these commands.
Example: Lance commander targets an atlas. Presses the "attack my target" key. His lancemates all see an orange reticle around the Atlas, regardless of what they have targeted. Anyone who shoots the Atlas while the orange reticle is highlighting it gets bonus points for teamwork.
Example2: commander is moving towards the gates, and wants his Lance to wait by the gate entrance, out of sight. He simply looks at the location he wants them to wait at, and presses the "defend/wait here" key. an icon appears on the mini map, as well as a visual way point that can be seen on the hud of his Lance.

There does need to be some easier way to give orders/commands because when I do drop solo, most of the time the unit with the most members just ignores the rest of the group and doesn't lead. Then chaos ensues.
