I intended to buy a hero mech from the last hero mech sale they did and i purchased MC via online banking. After 4 days i called my bank and they told me the payment did go through so i wonder... where's my MC ? What should i do ? support has not given me an answer for like 3 weeks now and neither did russ via twitter

You need to get it expedited by Russ (PM him directly, but no guarantees he'll answer it until Monday post-New Year).

Bought MC over the weekend, was there immediately. I bet your bank is dragging their feet.
