The Crow Scout Chopper is a favorite IS scouting vehicle, so why not make it a Consumable. For 20,000 C-Bills, a Crow will arrive for 2 minites, unless of course it is shot down. It would stay 500 meters out infront of the players Mech, aligned with the facing of the Mechs Torso.

You cant have it aligned with the mech torso. Movement would require it to move too fast. Id suggest more.like an air strike where you.target.the location and it flys to that point and then circles out from there. Its thr way the uavs used to work in mech commander.
