Id bet FRR, the team speak server during peak hours never has more than 20 players on it. There are only 3 units that play on there and the majority of the planets are being defended by pugs. I cannot say how many play on other com servers. One of the reasons I left Steiner to fight for the FRR is because I knew they would be picked on and possibly be underdogs.

I have been on the FRR hub. Peak hours are between 5 and 9 GMT. The cease fire happens around 4 AM GMT. Most of the push for territory happens the last 3 hours. So if the majority of the FRR groups play in EU, or the peak hours of play are in the afternoon/evening for Europe it goes to show that the cut off is what is killing the FRR.
