It's not like you need the armour anyway. Though, I suppose you could use the lazors more effectively with 26 DHS.

Too bad I hate piloting assault mechs and decided that the IS was the way for me, because that paint job is pretty awesome.

It's good to see loadout variety in the battlefield. Most of the time you face the same "daka daka DWF", the same "SRM SCR" the same "triple ER PPC TDR", and so on.

Playing with odd loadouts just for fun is what I like most in Mechwarrior games.

12ML nova is not suicide, it will survive with red ct.

Out of experience: A 9ERPPC DWF can alpha once and stays about 52seconds in shutdown. Will wake up with red CT. 11ERPPCs and "backup" weapons on the other hand.... this is how the crater on Terra Therma was created, I think.

Yes , if your mech is cold but about to die hit oberride shutdown alpha strike and turn your legs and torso has muchs as you can one direction as i did....the result....a stalker , an orion , a timberwolf and critical atlas killed...then inevitable death by 236 heatpoints but is @%% worth it , the freaking shinnig finger sword dude i swear it!!!!!! lol.
