Faction % Bonus?

How is this being decided? If it is being decided as simple as numbers with that faction tag then it obviously isn't work. So I think I have a simpler way of deciding this. Count how many drop in CW for that faction. One match with that faction tag counts and they add up from there. This way you can see how many ACTIVE faction members are for their faction in CW. Then base the faction bonuses off that.

Or does the community have a better solution to get a more balance faction activity?

Currently the bonus isn't enough to make a difference...maybe if it was 5-10x more, and not just for winning. I still don't know any group that had made the choice to play based on the faction bonus. However I am with you that PGI may not be paying close enough attention to which factions are actually fielding the least players. I am pretty sure its based off of total player count with contracts currently...not total active player drops.
