HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Its 2015 here in Adelaide, South Australia.

May it be a better one than this year has been, our thoughts and prays go out to all those that have lost friends or relatives during the past year. 2014 was a bad year for aviation with MH 370, MH 017 and now the 8710 flight from Air Asia.
We lost several great actors/actresses with Robin Williams amongst them.
2014 also saw the real rise of ISIS

But all in all it was a good year, now lets have a good 2015!!!

Happy 2015 in 1:40 hours in Mongolia.

2014 had been good to me. My favorite nation had proven in the field of football, that Deutschland is indeed uber alle. Was also fun to see England, Spain, Portugal and Italy defeated early on, and Brazil getting obliterated.

I know I'm beating a dead horse here....
but it's not ISIS.
It was ISIL, ISIS was a mistranslation made by one media source, latched onto by the rest.
It was listed on the watch list as ISIL, which was something like their 9th title in 6-8 years, and is now just the 'Islamic State'.

The reason I care being the massively detrimental effect the propogation of the incorrect name (even now) has had on those of us who use the name Isis.

Which, with the terrible things they've done and do, and the inability of people to seperate different entities with the same or similar names, and with my company (and several subsidiaries of it), email address, clans, and irc all containing name, it's caused problems.
And I'm not the only one.
I know others who've been forced to close down, or go through the lengthy process of changing their registered name.

Otherwise - Happy new year, bring on the Urbie 2015!

I'll be glad to see this year go away. My best friend (dad) passed this year and quite frankly it still hurts months away.

Happy new years to all however, and a better one to all as well.
