Can take up to 5 min for it to pop up the patcher. Annoying in general, really bad when you are trying to get back into a match after a crash-at-match-start has occurred.

Interesting... when I first started this game, I had no such problem.
After a few months, suddenly I did! Not after any apparent patch or anything, it just happened. Would take ages to load up, despite having a cache SSD drive (which is glorious, FYI).
Then about a month ago, equally out of the blue, the problem went away again! As before, it was not preceded by any patches, reinstalls, repairs or other changes to the client, it just... did. Now I'm back to a few seconds to load.
I realise this doesn't help you at all, just thought I'd let you know you aren't the only one, and that it can be fixed... somehow.
