Ok guys they had a 50% off Mech bay sale so I bought 3 Mech bays

I want to improve my Drop deck

Out of my 12 total Mechs what do I use now? ---well I use the three Ravens I bought for CW and my Missile Jager

Sometimes I sub in the free Victor

What are your recommendations?

unfortunately the best is to take only the best mech from a line you have mastered. Unmastered OP mechs are many times not as good as mastered Ok to good mechs (especially with heavies and assaults). Tbolts and wolverines are in a good place ATM, but do your research and get the proper engine and upgrades.

^ I disagree.

While I recommend you Elite and Master every variant you buy before you make the (informed) decision to sell it, I notice a lot of variants can wreck face even before I finish the Basic skills on them. Skill tree does less than you think, and if you're strapped for mechbays, you can get by without Elites. I've noticed this to be true of my Thunderbolts, Banshees, even Locusts, strangely enough.

If you're talking clans buy timbers and crows Get some pos light mech to make up the room.




tbolts are good but you need a fast AC mech for the hot map. Im finding drg 1n is really good on defense. Almost unlimited ac fire

A med lrm mech is helpful for taking out turrets when attacking (few to pick from)
assault lrm boat is good for defense on cold map. (few to pick from)
ecm spider is nice for light rushes. (to go with the firestarter)

there is a lot of room for useful mechs on the IS side other than just tbolt.

I got 620 mc total for the stocking stuffers . So i got 4 mechbays for free woo woo

Metamechs will definitely give you an over view of the St longer mechs to take.

Anything with ecm isn't tragic, or get yourself radar rep.
