I see more FRR and Davions defending Steiner planets than our own companies, at least during European hours. I don't see any attacks either, just wave after wave of groups defending against the Falcon's target of choice and losing it after a day or two.

It's time to counterattack and open a second front, but that requires commitment by the organized units to attack for a change, and single players and small groups will follow. CW is not very populated, but there are dozens of Steiner unit members in the regular drop queue. Time to get folks mobilized or just call it a day in CW for now. ;)

I actually have serious trouble believing this, seeing as, surprise, surprise, statistically more of our House units are European. North American outfits are actually in the minority, which is to be expected seeing as House Steiner is basically about as German as it gets.

Also, it's important to remember that due to our location on the world map, the Lyran Commonwealth will be getting constantly attacked from all directions. We'll fight as hard as we can, but expect to lose planets, we share more things in common with Germany than just our name. ;)

There is a Grünwald unit? Never heard of them...

Btw. lots of German take the days between Christmas and New Year to take holidays for a longer period. maybe that is why there aren't so much active German units at the moment.

I am based in GMT+1, and I would say people have more time to play when they are off. It is not like everyone is off skiing. Especially as there are plenty of Steiner players around (in the normal game queue). And the Steiner players who are in CW are just defending planets, instead of attacking. I have another 10 days left or so, but I think I will pack it in and join Davion afterwards.

The Skye Rangers usually have 2 or 3 12 mans running most nights plus a couple lance size groups but the holidays have definitely knocked our numbers down... hoping for a good bounce next week.

The LMC (Lyran Mechanized Cavalry) is alive and active. We hope to soon be organizing against Clan Jade Falcon with other Steiner units. We are a primarily North American based unit. We have a lot of fronts to defend, but there is no excuse for a defending loss!
