Does Community Warfare Territory Map Change Towards Wins And Losses To Worlds?

The Community warfare clan territory. Does that change in shape if clan loses a world or wins from attacks?? It would be very cool if that is what the devs plan to do... And input on this?? :D

Yes. All faction's borders change for each planet they own.
