[Warchild Corsair]

After the successful campaign for House Liao, the Phoenix Legion has signed a new contract with her first employer: the FRR.
The new contract will last until the end of this CW-iteration.

This means the Legion will fight for the Inner Sphere on Tukayyid!



For honour and glory - onward to victory against the Invaders!

Summary of all contracts the Legion has signed and fulfilled (none broken) in this CW iteration:
Time slice is 2 weeks each.

The Legion suffered total losses of 42 Mechwarriors who fought bravely for honour and money. Most of them died at the Clanfront.

Notable successes and highlights of Community Warfare were

• The first re-conquest of a Clan planet (New Bergen) for the FRR
  
• The "closing of the Marik-Wormhole" with the conquest of District Capital Dieron for Kurita
  
• The really intense fighting for Luthien, Capital of the Draconis Combine, alongside our NA allies
  
• The conquest of the planet Liao for Marik, which made the Legion the first unit holding two District Capitals at once
  
• The Terry-Pratchett-Remembrance Operation for Steiner against Clan Wolf with the odd conquest of the planet of Morningside (later taken away by PGI)
  
• Temporarily "holding" 17 Planets, achieving a top ten unit rank.

It was a great first iteration and we had lots of fun fighting with or against you all. Thanks a lot - and see you on the battlefield!

Best day in the Tukayyid-Event so far tonight: fielding more then 5 full companies at the same time it was a great night with lots of fun and awesome battles! The Legion still holds rank #1 in the unit leadboard for the FRR!

Tukayyid stats from a PHL perspective:
- win-quota was 70.36% with 2089 wins out of 2969 games total
- 108 of 184 members participated (58.7%)
- from all units with 100+ members, we placed 7th according to win-quota
- from all units with 150+ members, we even placed 4th in win-quota, behind MS, 228 and AS
- counting only total no of wins, we would have placed 9th
- our wins would have been enough for 1st or 2nd place in any IS House

I just want to say, NS has always respected The Phoenix Legion. PHL basically carried House Kurita during much of beta 1 during the EU timezone. We have never forgotten the work you put in. Congrats and a great job during the event.
