Im going to say some people understand how it works, and some people don't. It's not just burning a full tank of fuel in the midst of incoming fire, there is a little more to it than that.

Somewhat, yeah.
It doesn't really mess with hit reg much past the normal issues the game has. What it does do is displace the mech entirely in a way that isn't exactly predictable due to the height that the mech jumps and the way it comes down. Which, in turn, causes you to miss.

I dont agree with you. I have an Aussie ping (256 ms on average) and normally have very little problem with hit reg. The moment some jj pulsing timberwolf or firestarter (or whatever) comes on the scene hit reg goes out the window. It has nothing to do with aim i do that just fine.

With a ping like that I wouldn't exactly call your game experience typical... honestly it's a bit surprising the game registers anything well.

I have issues with two weapons hitreg wise. The AC20 (1 or 2 shots out of 10 dont reg) and asrm6 (i must chainfire to get good hitreg)
Apart from those two everything else is golden.
And i'm not the only person to have jj pulsing problem.

Fix those 2, and see where the rest are sitting.
Why can't this "just get done"..

I know that similar issues affect our fellow gamers in almost the entire Australasian area. So I'm sorry to say this Adiuvo, but that is a typical game experience for a lot of us.
Never had any noticeable hit-reg problems with that ping. My problem, unlike KharnZor is just that I suck at aiming.
