About every 15 matches, when the queue pops a game the whole game crashes to desktop. Meanwhile, my computer and every other program is running fine. I simply restart the game and everything runs fine for another 15 matches. I run the game in full screen mode. I also only have a limit of 6 minimizes before I get graphics glitches and the game overlaps on my second monitor and is 90% certain to crash upon loading the next game. It does not appear to be consistent with any particular map. Seems to be a global issue.

Win 7 Home Premium on SSD
MWO installed on 7200 RPM 6.0gbs SATA on same partition as other games that run smoothly during MWO's crashing process.
Core i5 next gen socket 1155
Asus P8
Geforce 750 Ti
8GBs DDR3 RAM

Good luck getting a reply. Been waiting over a month for a reply from support after sending in all the logs and files they asked for. Crashing every second or third match, being disconnected, not able to log in on first try most of the time, mouse pointer on screen during matches, rendering issues with objects being stretched across the map and large black walls out of nowhere, and now, I crashed after launching a cw to come back and find I am unable to rejoin. AWESOME.

The game is very unstable. Regularly freezes during the battle, often loses its connection to the game server, sometimes cut out on the desktop. Often mistakenly save the settings of the robots.

When will the European decent server installation set up?
When does the program code will be stable?

You running the 64bit version? It seems to be a lot stabled than the 32 bit.

You getting a D3D error?

Have you tried running it on Full Window to see if it reduces the crashes?

Whats your graphic settings set to? we were advised by them to go medium or lower if you are getting certain errors.

Im getting crashes a lot lately i'd like to say it's since the 64bit patch but i'm pretty sure it was doing it before.
  • Usually its when i leave a game but not always or actually try to exit the client it either crashes, locks up the computer with a blank screen for ages (sometime still hear sound)
  • But alt-tabbing really ***** the game up for me. For some reason i can no longer alt-tab out of the game unless i have another application running. (I used to be able to alt-tab back to desktop).
  • last but not least the ready screen at the start of the match sometimes throws a wobbly tries to display for a second then drops me straight into the 'play' and for the first few seconds it's really jerky and laggy.

Think i need to experiment reverting back to 32bit client just in case or running the repair tool?

Running client in 64 bit and crashes to desktop. 32 bit does not. It is kind of random but what causes the crash is when I click on the screen before the match starts

I have these issues too. Not always related to alt-tabbing, but mostly. Game just disappears (crashes) with no error.
I've tried both 64-bit and 32-bit versions and it's the same. Sometimes the game freezes (screen) but I can still hear the audio of the match going on and I have to kill the game and restart-rejoin. Seems VERY unstable for the past month or so.

System: Intel i5, 8GB RAM, Windows 7 Pro, 240GB SSD, Nvidia gtx 550 ti

Very annoying to keep logging back into games to find yourself badly damaged out in the open or worse, dead.

So it's not just me then. That's sorta good news.

If I drop onto Mining Collective I might as well disconnect. I'll CTD with in the first 3 minutes every time.
