Everyone waiting for a match in the team can drop into a private match and play 'simulator' with their first drop mech. When a match is made, everyone's yanked out and 60 seconds later dropped in match.
We already know you've installed the ability to drop new players in to match with Dropship mode, so this shouldn't be too much more difficult to add.
Anyway, it's a thought to make the game more entertaining while we wait.
