I have a few quick questions regarding using Artemis equipped C-LRM launchers. I have only been using regular launchers but have recently thought about changing it up, so I was wondering:

1) The wiki says that line of sight is required, does this mean LOS is needed from when you fire to when they hit, or just at the time you fire, or just for 1 millisecond at any time missiles are in the air and you will get the effect?

2) Anyone know the latest place for the stats of the Artemis system? Im actually not sure if the wikis up to date given info Ive seen on the forums dated Oct 2014
