It should give a Teamwide non stacking 10% Buff to Projectile/Missile Speed, 90m Range increase to Projectiles/Missiles, a 5% Buff to Cooldowns and a buff of 10HP to all Equipment (its a sophisticated Electronic System that has the side effect of increasing the redundancy of all electronic Systems in a Mech so a Mech can take more damage until function failure bcs a Mech despite tons of Steel is Drive by Wire Tech worth 10HP for each and all Equipement more if equipped).
Therefore it also should increase the Death by Engine Crit to 4 instead of 3 Slots enabling IS Mechs to survive a ST destruction if using XL Engines.

What the OP was saying was that the CC should allow an XL equipped mech to survive the loss of one side torso. His terminology may have been slightly confusing to those who played table top.

However . . . just no to the OP.

Personally I'd advocate for the CC behaving like a target sharing system; think datacenter. Any enemy mech visible to a friendly is shown on all friendly radar, whether targeted or not. Detailed info would only be available after the standard target selection, delay, readout scheme, but would be retained and instantly available upon reacquisition of said target (at least type & loadout; damage would require an update). All subject to normal buffs/nerfs by modules, ECM, BAP, etc. A moderate improvement commensurate with the added weight.

What the OP said was probably a bit overpowered... But right now the command console is too underwhelming and is completely useless. Making it useful would be nice. Plus, the idea of actually buffing mechs around you (in a way or an other) would be nice.
