Quick question : Are the ER versions considered different categories for the quirks then? i.e. a LL quirk would not apply to a ERLL, or PPC quirk not applying to an ERPPC?

This needs updated to reflect the recent changes. I've gotten a new job that limits the time I have but I should get to it this week.

As ERLL questions? Yes: ERLL Quirks are different from LL quirks.

Now that said, usually quirks are divided into two parts:
A generic component
and
A specific component.

So it'd be like:

+25% range for ALL energy weapons
+25% additional range for ERLLs.

Etc.

Hi, a question for armor quirks. Do they apply only to the front, both front and rear or is it spread over both?
HBK-4H has +18 armor on RT. Does that mean +18 on front and rear?
