People forgot that it is a free to play game, which basically means it will be developped slowly.
Just like LoL, it took 4-5Years to have what it is today.
Keep doing it, there will be always haters.
But if these 2 major problem would be fixed, this game would be more than awesome and stable:
Low FramePerSecond, and lags for non-american mechwarriors.

That was 3 years ago, when MWO was new.

Where are customization options like:
- Light Fusion Engines (75% weight, 2 crit slots in each ST)
- XXL Engines (33% weight, 6 crits in each ST)
- Compact Gyro (2 crits +50% weight)
- XL Gyro (6 crits -50% weight)
- Composite structure (50% weight -50% internal structure strength)
- Endo-Composite structure (75% weight)
- MASC (+33% run speed)
- Supercharger (+33% run speed)
- Meaningful JJs
- Reflective Armor (half damage against energy weapons)
- Reactive Armor (half damage against missiles/artillery)
- Hardened Armor (double armor if you have enough tonnage to carry it + lowers engine performance by mech's weight amount)
- Stealth Armor
- Angel ECM
- Bloodhound Active Probe
- Laser AMS
- Blue Shield
So far this game is not that much better than MW3, hell, some mech's 3D models look much better (shape wise), like Awesome or Vulture.

Low FPS is mainly on your PC. I live in NZ and I don't notice the lag, but I sometimes can't connect/rejoin on the servers.
I haven't spent a single dime on the game, and I've been playing since the Wang came out. I thank and appreciate PGI for this game

Laser AMS i think is doable, and should be added. As i recall the clans had the tech when they kicked off the invasion.
Supercharger/MASK are victums of the game's engine/implemintation. As i understand it, even with HSR rubberbanding everyone across the map, Light mechs with MASK where still getting uber lag shields. It might be usable for the higher weight classes, but for the fast scouts it's currently out of reach.
To get the Blue Shields option in Heavy Metal Pro, you have to go in and turn on the UK rules set, which tells me it's not cannon, and should not be considered for inclusion in MWO.
I think everything else on your list comes form Maximum Tech, which means it was experimental in 3056, and didn't even start to make it into battlefield units until 3058. Seeing as we're at the begining of 3051 i think it's safe to say those items are still a few years off.

We can't be in 3051.
The combination of the Federated Suns and the Lyran Commonwealth hasn't happened yet (Hanse Davion hasn't married Melissa Steiner yet). That has to happen before the Clan invasion....or, at least it was supposed to have happened by now. Hell, the 4th Succession War was supposed to have happened by now.

Everything is doable with little effort, just copy and paste the code and change some variables. In the worst case, like crit slit take ferro/endo upgrade code and adjust the algoritm a bit.
As for MASC/Supercharger, it can be removed from lights until PGI decides what to do with it, they move fast enough already and probably won't sacrifice firepower in favor of it anyways. The rest of the mechs (75%) should not suffer from because of lights.
Blue Shield, fine ignore it, Reflective armor is better anyways.
The point is we will either have BT history simulator with bad gameplay or a BT game set in 3070th with all advanced tech and awesome gameplay.
