While I don't mean for this to sound as a flame, this is my experience so far as a APO/FPO purchasee.
So far I have emailed both Pirahna games and UltimePay about why my purchase has been declined over the past week.. No world from Pirahna yet. UltimatePay is no help as they keep stating the same message "Thank you for contacting PayByCash/UltimatePay. We regret any inconvenience caused to you. We value the security of your account, and the system determined the risk of your payment being fraudulent was too high to accept. Your payments were declined for one or more of the following reasons:
-Your payment information is incorrect
-You are sending your payment behind a proxy
-Your billing information does not match the information logged on your order
We apologize that we can not be more forthcoming; for security reasons we are unable to give specific details on payment restrictions. Please correct any discrepancies and wait a full 48 hours before attempting a new payment."
- I verified my account with Paypal and ALL information is correct. I waited 48 hours tried again and DECLINED. I asked if there is a phone number I can contact them at and I get the same message as above PLUS:
"Thank you for contacting PayByCash/UltimatePay. Please know that online transactions are processed automatically by the system. Since this process is automated, the system has several inbuilt security filters which verify the online transaction to ensure a safe and error free transaction. If the criteria set by these security filters are not met, the order gets declined.Please understand that whenever an online purchase is declined, its traces remain in the system for atleast 48 hours, if you attempt a new purchase within these 48 hours, the new order also gets declined as the system recognizes the recent declined records. Hence, in order to ensure a successful purchase we request you to reattempt after 48 hours."
At this point, as a APO/FPO customer I am getting extremely agitated. I am starting to wonder if this is the repsonse I get now trying to purchase Legendary, what will my response be when I start playing the game (If I can with this runaround)?
DEVS: Is there a APO/FPO option? If not, can one be added or can you assist folks WITH this?
