Hey, there's a bunch of IS guys attacking Derf, any chance that we could get more Clanners to defend so that we're not suffering these long wait times?

Not enough players in CJF so you will just have to make due and remain in queue with the other stiner groups.

Sorry but there isn't much we can do until we get a bigger population.

Couldn't have said it any better than this, sure we have a couple of nicely sized units but even those units aren't large enough of a population to have low queues throughout the day.

Hmmm...bunch of mercs join Jade Falcon, pushes borders out. Mercs LEAVE Jade Falcon and they can't hold on to anything.

IS Steiner Mercs forced to ghost-drop to take planets back from Jade Falcon.

Seriously though, our 12-man could barely even find a game last night on the 3 planets that HAD battles going on. We ended up going back and forth out of the pub q because at least there we weren't waiting 20 minutes for a no-show.

Ceasefire is only one of the reasons, and to the fanatics its more of an excuse ( I use myself as an example, simply flipped my sleep schedule to daytime).

Balance is another favored excuse but is often miss-represented as an IS vs CLAN issue when in fact it is a problem of individual mech balance that is entirely screwed over ( I use the example of 3xSCR+TBR being near mandatory since they simply rock the socks, on the other side of the fence the IS is struggling with a ridiculous quirk system that have completely crapped on 90% of their mechs, even less variation was achieved with this bandaid to boats.)

Yet another reason is the maps, they are small, un-inspired, under uitilized, poorly designed and very boring to play on.

these things combined makes for an excellent excuse to go play something else, an already mediocre title just tanked itself.


addendum: Regarding the beta tag... well... kinda like how the open beta was a beta? and launch totally was not a soft launch?

Actually, The Brethren only ran one Ghost Drop (we lost it; interesting story, lol). When nobody from the Falcons responded to our call, we moved on to another planet in search of a real fight. We found it on Jabuka...and won...

And.... back to Derf we go. It was nice having some good numbers in for the Saturday matches.

Derf will be a Jade Falcon planet again! Good job to all the JF units and solo players that assisted in holding Wotan and taking Butler on Saturday.

I'd also like to send personal thanks to a few JF members, Birdman, IamJadeFalcon, Boom(something I can't remember full name, sorry) GrogX and fellow KCom members and anyone else I am forgetting that hopped onto the NGNG TS to be on coms with our JFP group as well.

Again, JFP coms are always open. Lets take Derf tonight!
