When I launch the game, it starts the launcher normally. I hit play, and the game comes up with a screen that says something about mech lab mode and loading, then the game suddenly minimizes, and I'm looking at my desktop.

If I click on the game both of my monitors blink back and forth between a black screen and the windows desktop several times, then re-minimizes.

The repair tool found no issues, but I hit "fix" anyway. Didn't help.

Ran the client as administrator, didn't help.

Found a setting in the launcher that says it was forcing the game to run in 32bit mode, changed it to 64bit (I have windows 7 64bit), didn't help.

Any ideas?

Try next steps.
Go to Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\USER\Shaders\Cache folder (where is you game installed).
And delete any folders there.
Open Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\USER\Profiles\YOURPROFILE folder
Edit file attributes.xml (you can do this with notepad.
Find line
Change value to 1 or 0. Save file.
Try to start the game. Hope it will help.

Do you run the game in "fullscreen" or "full-windowed" mode? It's just a guess at this point, but if you're in fullscreen, going to full-windowed might keep that from happening.

He can't just enter the game, it's minimizes and not let enter even options menu. Above is my solution to switch to windowed mode.
