Fist notion; Make ghost heat penalties more clearly defined in the mechbay.

Second notion; add a gauge, like the cooldown timer or a hud indicator of the ghost heat drop off time, and make it clear that you have triggered ghost heat using this gauge/hud indicator.

Yes please. The heat system needs to be more transparent, as in understandable and obvious within the mechbay.
