Griefer/TK has always existed as soon as they introduced friendly fire in team games. And while it has existed in MWO in the single drop missions; the damage is limited to one mech.
My complaint is, how do you exactly deal with one in CW? A Griefer/TK has 4 chances to disrupt his team.
Not to mention CW already requires a higher level of team play then the previously released game modes.
Can we get some form of voting or team kick PGI in CW?
I can say without hesitation waiting 15+ minutes in the lobby and finally starting a game then having to deal with a griefer/TK who cycled through a Dire Wolf/Timber Wolf/Kit Fox/Adder than having the opposing team camp our spawn points was the worse game play experience I have ever had on MWO.

I haven't seen one so far and I have played quite many CW games already.

Did he grief, or did he TK? Which one is it? Can't help but feel we're not getting the whole story here.
As far as voting kicking goes, NO. That will be abused like crazy.

I haven't seen rampant TK because the player pool is so small, I think the TKs avoid being blatant because many players will end up in future drops with them.
Last weekend I ran into some players from another faction who ended up defending a Jade Falcon planet against their friends who were on the attackers side. When asked at the beginning why they were helping the Falcons they answered something to the effect of being bored and just wanting a match. It was a harmless exchange, but what I didn't expect was these players on the Falcon side take shots at our backs and not engage against their friends from the other side. They would not move up to the actual firing line, and stood in the back. They had no shots from where they stood as it was completely out of sight of any enemy. I took some shots in the back, backed up, and saw these guys shoot the next person. When I stood there for a few seconds facing them contemplating if I should fire or not they moved up to the line and started actually playing.
Nothing like blatant TK every game, but I've seen this stuff happening.

It has been reported. "SS it" seems rather trite, given he has 4 opportunities to do this. I do not mind sending one screenshot, having to experience and take 4 different screenshot during the same game on the same player is a very negative game play experience.
I would describe someone who hunts and kills a teammate in a single drop mission mode as a TK, in CW doing it 4 times elevates him to griefer status, as the intended purpose of having 4 mechs was not 4 different mechs to team kill with.
I'm sorry but given how long the CW queue is, I can think the same solution you would use in single drop game modes is inappropriate and certainly deserves something more stringent.

I see voting or team kicking as nothing more than the "Tyranny of the Majority".
Report them instead.

MWO Support did address this one account.
I am not advocating Vote Kick, you could instead have Vote Surrender as the match is pretty much hosed at that point any way.
Also, PGI could implement a temporary ban on Community Warfare for "new accounts", ie. X days after activation.
With the lack of player behavior management tools, the griefer could create a second account and repeat this process ad naseum.
