Our team went through a bit of restructuring and in the past 6 months a lot of our players have walked away from MWO. Some for real life issues and others because they found interest in other games. What ever the reason we have about a dozen core players. we would like to be more active in CW but are lacking in the numbers. How do I recruit in the forums? Is there a specific page to do that? Can someone post the link for me?

There are recruitment threads in each of the Faction subforums in the Community Warfare forum.

Ok. Thanks. We change factions every couple weeks though. Is there a General recruitment?

If you change factions reguarly, you are either a mercenary or a daggerstar unit. You recruit in the respective forum I linked to. If you jump between clans and inner sphere, you are a mercenary.
