I have a problem with XP Bonuses, including Premium Time, and since support takes forever to answer (as announced), I give it a shot in here.
In short:
I play since december 26th, had 7 days Premium time plus 1 day from that special thingy there whose name i forgot, where you could get a little gift for each game with a score above 30.
Since 2 days before my Premium Time ran out, I didn't get any XP bonusses.
Example (unrealistic numbers):
SubTotal: 1000 XP
Premium Bonus: 500 XP
First Win of the day: 1000 XP
Omni Pod Bonus: 25 XP
Total: 1000 XP
Before, it would have been Total: 2525 XP. But ever since, all XP bonusses are ignored.
Even the premium advertisement box says:
"If you had Premium Time, you would get 0 XP bonus"
Can anyone explain this?
I googled it up and down, wiki, forum, everything.
I can't find any mention of a limitation or restrictions to XP bonusses.
This moreless kills the purpose of Premium Time for me, as mentioned to support.
One should think the devs would try and fix problems that causes them direct loss of money, but still no answer from support, sadly.
Is this a bug?
Does anyone else have this?
Thank you for helping :-)

Premium time and other XP bonuses are working. The bug is that the Subtotal is being displayed as the actual Total, which gives the impression that XP bonuses aren't being factored in since XP bonuses are displayed after the Subtotal (implying that they get added to the Subtotal even though they already were).
Next time you finish a game, manually add up all the XP awards. It should come out to the same as the Subtotal/Total.

Yeah its just a visual bug, you're still getting the real XP amount so don't worry! Easiest thing to do is make note of the XP you have before match, play, and then look at your Mech XP again after the match to make sure you're getting the right amount.

My brother said that as well, so I tested it again.
Mech XP before the match: 101.008
SubTotal: 2.180 XP (yes it was a glorious victory, sadly Fraps didn't execute the screenshot)
Bonus: 1.090 XP
Mech XP now: 103.188
In my book that means bonusses are really actually lost.

No, it means you had a 1000 EXP match, which got a 1000 EXP bonus, for 2000 EXP "subtotal", which is bugged.
Working properly, just not as it's displaying.

Ah so it's not the total field that shows the wrong value but the sub total field?
That makes sense.
Thanks :-)

Correct. I reported this same problem a while back. The subtotal field is incorrectly displaying the value that belongs in the total field.
