10-th hop is bothering me. Ping is ususlly stable, but can go up to 160 sometimes. I suspect, there is a problem somwhere (hop7) in France, but II'm not sure.


It is fine if an individual hop doesn't return any packets, sometimes the router doesn't respond when it is pinged directly, it only carries traffic to other places.

133ms is very good time for Moscow, one of the best in the thread I've seen. Is Beeline more expensive than other ISPs in your area?

Yes, this is very bad. The first 500 ms of lag comes just from the first connection main.kriljon.ru! I cannot do anything to make this one better, sorry : (
