The First win for the day is not being added to my games total today, or yesterday. Anybody know why?

Mine worked on the six mechs I doubled yesterday but as TheCaptainJZ said it included the double for my already levelled mechs I used in CW on the CW matches.

the bonus shows shows but there is no total of bonus and points scored as there was last week.

Yes , and the bonus is there but not added to the sub total.

I noticed this also. When I added up a game the 2x xp was in the subtotal along with my premium time. It's there but not like it was. If I was betting man I would bet it was a line of code that should not of changed the xp board but did. In a complicated program little things come back to haunt you.

All is fine. The Sub-Total wrongly displays the Total (which is correct).

I noticed a drop on XP rewards in the regular queue as well. CW seemed fine though, so I assume they tweaked XP gains to scale with CW match times/numbers.

Noticed this yesterday, as well. Could have been happening the day before, too, as I noticed then that the XP was not adding up as quick as normal. Did not pay attention to the actual numbers until yesterday, though.

Quick follow-up note --
Checked the tally on the XP Subtotal - looks like the Subtotal line is wrong - it shows what the Grand Total should be for XP, which includes the x2 for First Victory of the Day.
If you add up the individual XP line item components, they add up correctly for a subtotal, and then the Grand total is the correct amount. The Subtotal line erroneously shows as the Grand Total. The x2 shows properly, and so does the Grand total.
I'm sure they will fix this soon.
