I assume the FWL is one of, if not the, most under-populated factions in CW since, despite being a successor state, is almost always written off as nothing but a center of manufacturing in canon.

But how's the pop? A few good Marians are thinking about taking up the cause but I want to make sure we're in a faction that actually needs pilots.

There's more Davions and Steiners, sure, but we outnumber the Liaos by a pretty wide margin. The Free Worlds League has a great in-game community, and has had it for a long time. Events like Marik Monday Madness and the Civil War tournament have brought people in and kept us together. I'm not sure how we compare to the FRR population-wise, but I get the impression that the Skjaldborg is pretty big, don't know about their other units.

Anyway, feel free to join us on housemarik.enjin.com if you'd like to meet some of us before you make up your mind.

We've always had a pretty good presence. Sure, not as big as the Swordies, or Fisters, but we aren't too shabby in number.

Also we have cookies.

And Whiskey.

Marik's population is sufficient to ensure that we always get matches against you guys, but it could definitely stand to grow some.

More Mariks means shorter queue times (and therefore more good fights) for Davions. Keep up the recruitment effort!

Backorder. Due to sun spot...uhhhh... paperwork snafu... errmmmm... ah here it is. Three tons of bourbon cured space bacon to the Seraphim. Location classified.

Thanks Roadbeer for the special resupply. The pandas are happy again to have some wth their twinkies. It helps keep them preoccupied during tactical movement schedules.

We're doing pretty well considering. Davion provides good fights but Marik could always use more pilots to get the queues running. So, yes, come join the fight on the Marik side.

For several last days I see almost zero Marik activity in my usual battle time (7 pm - 10 pm GMT). It's become boring. How can we boost activity at that time?

I believe the population for IS goes: Davion, Marik, Steiner, Kurita. FRR, Liao

Although, Steiner just got a big boost from several merc corps switching over to them, so they could be up on Marik.

We need to convince more euros to join in, wait for the 8 hour ceasefire window and see what happens. I know my guys close to the GMT are really wishing more of their timezones would actually play in the mornings or evenings.

AFAIK Marik is not gaining units that much, but we do gain individuals tired of being abused by other units going hard core and just want to kick back and enjoy the game. Unit changes are usually temporary because it's people following the money, and often people you really don't want to fight or have on your side.

PGI should increase the length of contracts by double or consider 'contract hopper' penalties for those who do not stay at any faction for more than 6 weeks.
