OK, I have had it. I don't know what you have done to this game's compatibility with my AMD FX Chip. But my Frames are Unacceptable, AGAIN. I had it above 50 fps briefly before last patch. Now with the exact same settings it has fallen back down to below 20.
I am running 64-bit client, High settings TXAA DX11.
CPU: AMD FX 6300
RAM: DDR3 8 gb
GPU: GTX 660 OC
Harddrive: 32gb SSD
There should be no reason that My pc can't even maintain 30 fps. Someone please, What settings do I have to use to get maximum frame rate in this current patch?

Hmmmmm...
I have a i7 4770K + GTX780 and I don't run those settings in fear of frame drops.
No AA. No post processing. Low Particles. DX9.

Try disabling all network traffic shaping in your NIC card driver settings. It should help. Same with disabling damage glow.

IRON you will get alot of good help in teh hardware part of the MWO fourms, especially regarding your cpu which for the lack of any optimization in MWO it hates your cpu, even though it likely performs excellent in every other game title out there... no offence but if you ever actually had a true 50fps on those settings in MWO with yrou system i think you may a god particle in there somewhere...
i recommend that you turn off TXAA or any AA for that matter, go back to DX9 and no use the 64 bit MWO, turn particles to medium at most (even ultra high end pc's struggle with particles), shadows to medium at most, and object detail or environment to medium.
question is that cpu OC'd at all? the guys in the hardware section that get any kind of performance (in mwo) from there 6300's have them dialed up pretty good.
dont ever think of MWO as a regular game when it comes to PC's and specs.

Yeah, I agree. I think of MWO as a fantastic game based now on a proven engine that renders beautifully and utilized by game designers that need more school and training and education and experience in designing games. I have a 6 core black box AMD cpu with a GTX 770 Nvidia card and this is the ONLY game my rig "struggles" with. When my computer gets along with ALL other games out there except one then that leads me to think it is NOT me... It is that specific game.

Turn particles and shadows down in increments until you get your desired performance(dont expect miracles but this will help greatly with the stuttering. Also turn AA off completely.
Keep running the 64bit but turn it down to dx9.
Keep everything else where you desire.
Try these settings and I will bet you will get better performance. There is also some User.cfg stuff to try if this doesnt help.
