When you drop into a match, and see a enemy Dire Wolf with just 2 erppcs... just...Why?

I'd say that they messed up in the mechbay and forgot to load up on their ballistics.

I was in a match last night and after death was watching a team mate in a Loki armed with just a single small pulse laser. It's no wonder we lost!

because even 2 PPC Direwhales get hot, so why not max DHS and 2 PPC's? probably not the alpha spam ***** but more heatefficient than 4 PPC's or such.

It's not that... when I asked the guy why, he said "2 erppcs are more efficient than 3" Yeah...

Everybody have had them once.

I forgot to put some ammo on my Atlas back in closed beta once. Got hammered on all sides.

You will never make that mistake anymore. Haha.

It's not that he didn't load ammo for his ballistics... he just had 2 erppcs...

I always do this... In the 1960s there was a great song by a group called the Trashmen titled "Surfin' Bird." Most are familiar with its catchphrase, "Bird is the word."


Well, what I do when I get upset at players in MWO, drivers on the road or people in general, I hear this song in my head. Then I sing it. But I replace "bird" with "bad" and "word" with "bad."

You get the idea. It works marvelously.

Of course, I think he ran out of space, and didn't feel like adding other weapons.

Well i can imagine for a total new player, unfamilar with Mechwarrior series have to deal with a piece of horrid called U.I. 2.0. i am suprised we don't see a flood with this kind of 'waste' builds.

That song is great even without the words replacement.

I think you missed the spot with the video, though, because of a small movie by a guy named Kubrick :

As for the topic, maybe that guy was really really poor, 2 PPCs were all he could bought...

Oh, I know that film very well. It is one of my all time favorites!
