Hello!

3 days ago i bought the last mech in Wave II. And i have been waiting for 3 days without it. I still have "upgrade" button ON. (see pic)

I have already sent 3 messages to SUPPORT, and nothing... No answers, absolutely nothing. Money was sent, and no reaction...
How much time do i need to get my items in game? 1 week, month...?

They're a tad swamped at the mo since before Christmas, but you might want to poke Russ on Twitter or something. He can push important things like this through, or at least give you a status update.

Calm down- they are working on a severe backlog of tickets for support. I had to wait to weeks for my recent Wrath pack purchase to show up. You'll get your stuff.
