I'm pretty sure the Urbs won't get Spider engine caps, but it better have a cap of at least 180 or so (same speed as a Clan light).

Even Russ says they have to go out of their way to make the Urbiie viable. So either it will come out as a POS, or it will be over quirked more than every mech.

The best quirk it could get is modified engine rules so that all 10 base dubs are inside the engine instead of outside for sub-250 engines (tonnage adjusted accordingly).
