Ok, so I contacted PGI on the Dec. 24th, 2014 in regards to a problem with the game crashing. I had a talk with my GPU manufacture regarding the problem and they gave me a list of things to do for a proper clean installation of my GPU Drivers and asked me to inform the game company that there have been issues with the game (as of today). After rolling back I have not noticed any major issues with other games as I yet have to stress test MWO. What gets me is that even though I have made it known that I'm still waiting on my ticket to even be looked at it has been passively dismissed by customer support (3 updates from me and no response). I am rather disappointed with PGI's staff right now because of this unprofessional display of dismissal. I always held PGI's support techs with high regard, but this last bout has made me begin to doubt them to some degree. It pains me to say that with the good results I've had in the past, but they are way past due for the typical response time for a trouble ticket for a GPU that was just released not that long ago. I would figure that they would want to start supporting that card the moment that it was released on the market.

Could you please provide us with more details, like ...
What GPU are you using?
What where the steps the manufacturer told you to make?
What other components does your computer have (CPU, mainboard, memory, PSU, operating system and such)?
Did you run the repair tool?
Did you clean the shaders cache (the repair tool can do that for you)?
What other steps did you do to analyze or solve the problem?
Edit - Here are informations on the support backlog:

Egomane, typically I don't share most info on my builds regarding OS unless it's to staff; however, I am more than happy to describe what I've done to troubleshoot the issue. The first thing I did was run Memtest86+ for 48 hours to verify that my RAM is in good condition. Now, I have had bad modules in the past pass the test every time. What was a dead give away it was the Display Drivers was the fact that the event logs on my system indicates that the Nvidia Display Driver program stopped responding and caused the system kernel to enter an unstable state, causing the reset. I contacted Nvidia about it and they redirected me to my manufacture. After several emails between the manufacture and myself we both deducted that it was a conflict that is relation to various different stimulents. Mechwarrior Online was issuing bad D3D commands that caused the drivers to become unstable. Other online games have been resolved sense I used Zotac's method of uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them. The error only occurs in mid match and happens in all game modes and on any map. As for the repair tool, I need you to clarify that for me. Are you asking about the tool provided by Zotac or PGI's repair tool for the game client? I've already tried reinstalling the game and all caches are clear of any residual data that could have caused a crash. I sent PGI all of the details on my system via DxDiag as well as any useful information such as crash logs generated by the game client.

- CPU: Intel i7-4790k (Corsair H80i Water Cooling Closed Loop)

- SSD: Samsung 800 Series 500GB Data Center Drive
- HDD: Seagate 1TB 7200RPM
- OS: Not Specified (will not disclose to public)

Thank you for sharing those informations, I asked for them to make sure that after your GPU upgrade your system is capable of handling that new GPU and it seems like it should do so perfectly. Unless you are somehow running it in a virtual machine or on WINE on a unix/linux system. If it is amicrosoft windows OS, I see no technical reason why the game shouldn't work.
There are always some users who complain about a percieved technical problem and in the end it is their system that is at fault. For example, because they don't a PSU that can provide enough power for power spikes or because their system is insufficiently cooled or various other reasons. I wanted to make sure that isn't the case here. Again thank you!
The repair tool I was talking about is the MWO repair tool. Even after fresh installs, there are sometimes errors that sneaked into the installation for some reason. I know a few friends who need to run the repair tool after nearly every patch or fresh installation and there are several reports on the forums for similar experiences.
As I see that you already have send all the usefull informations to PGIs support, I'll probably not be able to help you any further then they will, once they get to your ticket. Alex is pretty competent on the technical side and I am sure he will be able to analyze your problem and, if there is one, provide you with a workaround or even final solution.
I hope you get a response soon.
