it's preorder packs to gauge interest, because Russ still doesn't believe we're serious about it, and is effectively calling our bluff.

It'll be available for c-bills in April (second patch of I imagine) with the actual release being first patch of April.

But this all hinges on enough people buying the pack for Russ to dedicate the manpower to it.
